Born and raised in Monmouth County where the name Benedetto and Real Estate are synonymous, Christian M. Benedetto Jr. is the oldest son of one of the top five residential brokers – Christian M. Benedetto Sr. – in the state.

Licensed for nearly 20 years, Mr. Benedetto, Jr. is a graduate of Monmouth College where he earned his BS in Financial Services and Philosophy. A decorated Combat Veteran, medically retired from the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Benedetto is no stranger to hard work, dedication and loyalty. Mr. Benedetto possesses Graduate Degrees in both Finance and Computer Information Systems Management.

During his career, Mr. Benedetto has been involved with hundreds of investment-grade real estate transactions and 1031 exchanges totaling in excess of two billion dollars.

Mr. Benedetto has had several articles published in the Real Estate and Computer Community and is often asked to speak by local real estate boards, corporations and universities. Having taught both at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Finance, Economic and Real Estate, he is often interviewed by local and national newspapers, publications, radio and television.

Mr. Benedetto's work with local organizations such as the Middletown Lions Club (where he is a former President), American Legion Hall, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Teach for America, and Monmouth University and initiating a Marine Corp League Chapter in downtown Newark are just a few examples of his dedication and service to the community.
